Dr Ahilan consults patients at Pymble Family Doctors on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with frequent Saturdays.

Dr Nindhi Ahilan graduated from the UNSW in 2004 with Honours. She also studied Ayurvedic Medicine in Kerala in 2003 as part of a medical elective. She completed her fellowship in general practice with the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2010. She has been working at Pymble Family Doctors since 2016.
She began further training in Nutritional and Environmental medicine in 2013. She is a member of ACNEM (Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine), IFM (Institute of Functional Medicine USA) and A5M (Australasian Academy of Anti-ageing Medicine).
She also enjoys being an examiner for the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) and contributes to the Integrative Medicine newsletter as part of the College sub speciality interest groups.
Dr Ahilan has had further training in Integrative Medicine including Gut health, Women's health including specific training in bioidentical hormones with Medisca and body identical hormones, Environmental health including Chronic Inflammatory response Syndrome (CIRS), Mental health with training in the Biobalance approach and in the use of Medicinal Cannabis. She is passionate about treating Insulin Resistance and Diabetes. She has also attended training in Neuro-Lingusitic Programming with Your Future Now. She attended the TFIM Conference in Seattle in 2018 - Exploring Practical Solutions for Chronic Conditions. She has recently completed a Professional Extension in Herbal Medicine with Denis Stewart. She is currently undergoing further training with the Australian Institute for Medical Nutrition.
